As the Founder and Program Director of ACEing Autism Fairfax since 2021, Simone Shah combines her passion for tennis with her commitment to inclusion. She has developed adaptive tennis clinics that foster confidence and social connection among children with autism, while training volunteers to lead with empathy. Her experience has deepened her interest in psychology and neuroscience, where she hopes to continue promoting growth through understanding and connection.
